Wearing underbust corsets are a great way to embark on waist reduction techniques. Displaced organs and depleted lung capacity is not a very desirable look, to say the least. It is advisable to seek medical advise if intending to reduce the waist any more than 2 inches. A waist corset can prove to be an invaluable item of a woman's wardrobe and as long as these guidelines are adhered to, waist training is also very safely done.
