UK NEXT DAY DELIVERY

The following are details of our UK Next day delivery service.

If you order by 3pm, Monday to Friday, you will receive your goods the next working day. Our carrier will deliver your parcel between 7am and 3pm. A signature is required on receipt. If you are not in to accept your parcel the carrier will take it back to the local sorting office and will leave a delivery card. You can collect the item in person or re-book a delivery online.

The next day delivery service is £8.45 for orders under 2Kg. If your order is between 2-5Kg (more than 6 x "boned corsets" or 3 x "steel boned" corsets") next day delivery is £12.95 & will be handled by TNT.

UK STANDARD DELIVERY

Deliveries will be made between 2 - 3 working days after you place your order (excluding weekends), e.g. If you order on Wednesday, your goods will have been delivered by the following Monday (excluding Bank holidays).

The cost of UK standard delivery is £4.95 and your order will be sent out via Royalmail courier service. If you are not at home to take delivery of your parcel it will be returned to your local sorting office where you can collect it in your own time or book a redelivery online. There is no weight limit while using this service.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY INFORMATION

For orders under 1KG shipping to Europe takes 5-7 working days (up to 3 x "boned corsets" or 1 x "steel boned" corsets"). Orders over 1Kg have to be sent using TNT express, this service takes approx. 3 working days.

Shipping to the Rest of the World takes 7-10 working days up to 1KG, over 1KG we use TNT express. The delivery time for orders over 1KG is 5 working days.

Refund/return policy:

If you are for whatever reason not happy with the garments you ordered, you may return the garments for a refund provided we receive them within 30 days after the order was made. As we are mail order only we offer unlimited exchanges on these garments, we actively encourage buyers to take full advantage of this service. However, please scrutinise the size chart carefully as it is quite an accurate guide.

Cancellation policy:

We are more than happy to cancel any order before we have dispatched th goods and return all money to the buyer. If the items have already been dispatched and you wish to cancel the order just return the items unopened within 30 days to receive a 100% refund.

Privacy policy:

Corsets-uk and canal boat trading recognizes the importance of protecting our customers personal information. While doing business with you, we may have to gather certain information, such as your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address. We do not intend or currently store any of your financial details, such as credit/debit card numbers, in our database. Also, we will not store customer's financial details (credit and debit card numbers) anywhere on our system and in our records. Please be assured, that we will not sell, rent, trade or give away individual, personally identifiable information gathered by this website or by other customer service to any third party individuals or companies. We collect such information so that we can process orders, personalise your shopping experience, or send you the latest product information and other usefull material. If you do not wish to receive further material from us, you can simply respond to our e-mail and request to be removed from our mailing list.
