 Corsets-UK understand that sizing corsets is notoriously difficult at the best of times & purchasing from the internet adds another dimension of problems. We want you to buy with confidence so you will be glad to learn that Corsets-UK will happily exchange any items that are returned to us within 60 days of purchase date. You can exchange for different sizes or designs, whatever you would like to try next. The only provision is that the corset is returned to us in the exact condition that it was sent out in. You can try it on but please do not remove the tags.

 When returning garments we advise you use the 1st class recorded service from the Royal Mail, with this service you will be issued with a tracking number, the garment is your responsibility until it arrives back with us so please do use this service, it can save a lot of problems when things go missing. We are happy to cover the cost of the p+p for the exchange to go back out to you but getting the item back to us will be the customers responsibility. We advise if possible to reuse the packaging the garments will be received in. Returns should all be sent to:

 All exchanges will be processed within 24 hours of receiving the return (Monday -Thursday). Any items recieved on a Friday will be exchanged on the following Monday, exchanges will not however be sent out the same day they are received. Refunds

 Corsets-UK is proud to offer an industry leading 30 days money back guarantee. Provided the items are returned within 30 days from purchase in the exact condition they were dispatched in, with tags attached to the corset, you will be entitled to a full refund for the items, please be aware however that the shipping charges are non-refundable.

We aim to process refunds within 24 hours of recieving the returned goods. Please allow 2-5 working days for the refund to be credited to your account. This time frame is dictated by your bank or card issuer and is out of our control. Your refund will be credited to the same account from which you made the original purchase.

Any 3 for 2 order will always give you the cheapest item free.

• If you have purchased on a 3 for 2 offer, individual items cannot be returned for a refund
• If you return two items from this offer, you will be refunded for the most expensive of the two items returned
• Full refunds will be given if all three items are returned

Returns card 

 Every purchase from Corsets-UK will include a returns card, this will have all of the relevant information to return your corset. Please enure that the returns card is completed in full & included with any returns.

Faulty/Defective items

 On the rare occassion that customers receive faulty items Corsets-UK will of course refund the full cost of the item or exchange the item.
