The work of our fabulous in-house designer Jo Penton. For most, bustle skirts are a long-forgotten Victorian fashion, but not for Jo. She has rediscovered the joy of the bustle- a perky, pouty kind of joy. Unlike its Victorian predecessors, which were often cumbersome, this skirt is both simple and fun to wear. The ruffles are bold and bouncy but not too heavy. It ties at the front and is easy to combine with an underskirt or tights.
