FS03 - Red top hat fascinator

A richly featured top hat in pillar-box red, the centrepiece is medium-sized and part of a very popular line- other shades are available. With the large netted bow, two-tone red feathers, and of course the hat itself, the design is quite formal. It can be worn with one of our more ornate burlesque tops or with a classic little red cocktail dress, equally effectively. Fascinated with double crocodile clips for security.
