Delivery policy
UK Standard DELIVERY
All items are shipped from the UK and are fully insured by us and dispatched via Royal Mail 1st ClassTracked mail. All orders are our responsibility until they arrive at their destination.
UK Courier DELIVERY
Courier shipments are all sent using Royal Mail Special Delivery. These items are fully insured and fully trackable. Courier orders will arrive next day.
Delivery Outside of United Kingdom
Standard AirMail starts at £7.95 for any orders weighing under 500grams. This service takes up to 7 working days if you are in Western Europe and 10 working days for the Rest of the World. This is a non trackable service and is fully insured. This service is available for any orders up to 3KG. TNTExpress is a 2 working day service to Western Europe and 3 working days to the rest of the world. This service is fully trackable and fully insured. This service is available to for any order but all international orders over 3KG will be sent TNTExpress or FedEX.
Refund/return policy:
If you are for whatever reason not happy with the garments you ordered, you may return the garments for a refund provided we receive them within 30 days after the order was made. As we are mail order only, we offer exchanges up to 60 days on all orders and we actively encourage buyers to take full advantage of this service. However, please scrutinize the size chart carefully as it is quite an accurate guide.
Cancellation policy:
We are more than happy to cancel any order before we have dispatched the goods and return all money to the buyer. If the items have already been dispatched and you wish to cancel the order just return the items unopened within 30 days to receive a 100% refund.
Discreet Packaging:
Corsets-UK are very discreet with all packaginging, our parent Company is Mrray Ltd so there will be no mention of corsets or basque on packing labels or packaging used by us.

MRRAY Ltd is the largest online retailer of corsets in the UK and we are confident that you will not find our corsets cheaper elsewhere.
When you shop with us we want you to have the peace of mind that you're getting the best value for money. In the unlikely event that you find the same corset cheaper elsewhere online, we'll refund the difference and offer you a further 10% reduction on the item purchased.
This offer is subject to the following conditions:
Price match requests should be submitted by e-mail to pricematch@corsets-uk.com providing the exact website address where you have seen the item, along with the full price and any delivery charges. Please provide details of the item purchased and your Corsets-UK, corset-story.com or corsets-au.com order number. You should include any additional information that supports your price match submission.
We will investigate your claim and, if it satisfies all of these terms and conditions, we will respond within three working days (not including Saturdays, Sundays or Public Holidays) by e-mail refunding you the difference and a further 10% of the cost of the item.
